Tomás F. González Cruz was born in Zaragoza (Spain) in 1969. He is Senior Lecturer in Business Administration at the University of Valencia, Spain. He has got a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Valencia University. Likewise he has got a Doctorate in Business Administration at Valencia University.

From 1992 to 1993 he served as Stager at the accounting department in Carrefour S.A.

From 1993 to 1996 he developed and heads the Marketing Research Unit at Mercadona S.A.

From 1995 to date he served as teacher in the Business Administration Department, Valencia University.

From 1995 to 2004 managing different consulting and in-company training projects for: Marks & Spencer; Ford Motor Co.; Blauverd S.A.

From 2004 to 2005 he served as official in the Valencia University Strategic Bureau, and developed the analysis and methodology for the 2008-2011 UV Strategy.

From 2006 to 2010 he holds the Family Owned Business Chair in Valencia University.

From 2011 to date he is serving as Chancellor’s Advisor for the 2012-2015 UV Strategy (‘advancing with QRITERIS’)

From 2012 to 2015 member of the ‘Master Oficial de Estrategia’ Academic Board (CCA). University of Valencia.

From 2015 to date member of the ‘Master Oficial de Creación y Gestión de Empresas Innovadoras’ Academic Board (CCA) University of Valencia

From 2013 to date. Developing an in-company training project about Business Innovation (BOSS) in VW Navarra (Spain).

His principal research interest are:
